HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All of our items are made to order and the making process will begin from the end date of pre-sale. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery of your items from the end date. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Please check the product page of the item(s) you’re interested in for more detailed information.
Falzon Collective uses Australia Post Express Post service for domestic delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we do not ship internationally.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Please ensure you read our sizing guide before purchasing garments as there is strictly no returns or exchanges on pre-sale items.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery & pride ourselves on excellent quality garments. However in the unlikely case your item is faulty (manufacturing faults only), Falzon Collective will replace the item for you. Please email us at falzoncollective@gmail.com with your order number and 3-4 large photos of the item and we will contact you with any next steps.
